Steve helped us purchase our home in Feb 2015. The process was a complicated one as we were working with a bank as the seller. There were a lot more loopholes to go through and Steve handled them perfectly. He negotiated a wonderful price for us and was available anytime we needed to talk to him. We felt confident throughout the entire process and felt that he was our advocate from day 1 to the close of our home (and even help with some renovation contacts after the close). Great guy. Very professional, very helpful, very friendly. I am a residential remodel professional in Sammamish going on 7 years now. Steve has helped me many times, including recently selling a house I bought and flipped in Sammamish. He is very knowledgeable and seems to always be ahead of the industry curve. Steve is a very relaxed, easy going, decent young man. When he first showed me the property we were interested in, he was very casual, not high pressure, I felt very comfortable and not hurried to make a decision one way or the other. Steve gave lots of information about the area, hikes to go on, trails close to the property, etc. We ended up making an offer and it was accepted on a contingent, so we had Steve list our home. The presentation was beautiful and I think 12 days later we got an offer, unfortunately someone put in a cash offer on the property we wanted, which was accepted, so we lost it and took our home off the market.
